VELOCITY BUILDERS AND KEYHOLE PROPERTIES LAUNCH LIMITED-TIME LOT RESERVATION PROMOTION – Graham County Chamber of Commerce

SAFFORD, Ariz. — Velocity Builders and KeyHole Properties have announced a limited-time promotion allowing prospective homeowners to reserve residential lots for $50 during the month of May 2026.

According to the promotion, the reservation fee has been reduced from the standard $1,000 reservation cost to $50 for qualifying lot reservations made during the promotional period.

Organizers said the promotion is intended to help make the homebuilding process more accessible for individuals and families interested in securing property for future construction or purchasing available spec homes.

Under the promotion terms, the $50 reservation secures a vacant lot with the intent to move under contract within two weeks. For spec homes, buyers may move directly under contract using the $50 reservation amount. Organizers noted that the reservation fee is non-refundable if a contract is not completed.

The promotion applies to vacant lots and new-build opportunities offered through Velocity Builders and KeyHole Properties. A separate agreement will be required to begin construction on a new home.
