Retrograde Brew and BBQ Introduces New Menu and Weekend BBQ Service in Downtown Safford – Graham County Chamber of Commerce

Safford, Arizona — Retrograde Brew and BBQ is excited to announce the launch of its new food and beverage menu along with the introduction of BBQ service every Saturday and Sunday beginning at 11:00 a.m.

Located in Downtown Safford at 615 South 5th Avenue, Retrograde Brew and BBQ continues to build on its reputation for quality, flavor, and community connection with a menu that showcases slow smoked meats, fresh ingredients, and house crafted specialties.

The new menu features a range of smoked meats prepared daily, including brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis ribs, sausage, turkey, and chicken. Guests can enjoy these selections by the pound or as part of signature items like the chopped brisket sandwich with house BBQ sauce and garlic mayo or the pulled pork sandwich with jalapeño cilantro slaw and golden BBQ sauce. 

In addition to smoked meats, the menu includes a variety of house made sides such as hatch chile borracho beans, pasta salad, jalapeño cilantro slaw, smoked red chile, and seasonal offerings. Fresh salads like the wedge salad with blue cheese, bacon, and fire roasted tomatoes or a mixed greens seasonal salad provide lighter options with the ability to add smoked meats. 

The beverage menu complements the food with a curated selection of Retrograde brews, guest taps, wines, seltzers, and non alcoholic options. Highlights include house beers such as Saffy Light, Dos Hazy, Whitey’s Pale Ale, and West Coast IPA, along with local guest offerings like a milk stout from Torrito Farms in Wilcox, Arizona. Guests can also enjoy wine selections from Black Oak and Four Monkey Wines, as well as craft sodas, Jarritos, and probiotic sodas. 

With the addition of BBQ Saturdays and Sundays starting at 11:00 a.m., customers can now enjoy a dedicated weekend barbecue experience featuring freshly smoked meats served until sold out.
