Plan for full closures on U.S. Highway 60 July 14-15

SUPERIOR – The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers there will be no scheduled lane restrictions or road closures on U.S. Highway 60 east of Superior, between mileposts 227-243, from July 6-10.

Upcoming full closures:

  • Full closures of U.S. Highway 60 between Superior and Miami are tentatively scheduled from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, and Wednesday, July 15. Detours will be put in place during the full closures.

Lane restrictions, speed limit reductions and a 12-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place for the duration of the project. Oversize loads may be accommodated with advance notice.

Drivers should allow extra travel time, use caution, be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through all work zones.
