SAFFORD — The Safford City-Graham County Library wants to help parents avoid the spotlight this holiday season.
The Library will host a wrapping party at the Library Annex on Thursday, Dec. 14, from 2-6 p.m.
“We’re going to have a Christmas movie on, and wrapping paper and tape out,” said Leslie Talley, Library supervisor. “People can come wrap their presents away from little eyes that might be watching.”
The Library Annex is located at 814 S. Central Ave., across the railroad tracks from Thriftee Supermarket.
There is no cost to participate; however, to ensure that there is enough wrapping paper and tape for everyone, Library staff is encouraging participants to bring extra if possible. Donations of paper and tape are also being accepted at the Library’s main branch.
