SAFFORD—The Arizona Department of Transportation is conducting traffic signal cabinet work at the intersection of U.S. Highway 70 and 20th Avenue in Safford from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, May 15. During this work, the traffic signals for all travel directions will be turned off and darkened. Law enforcement will direct traffic.
Drivers should expect delays, slow down when approaching the intersection, obey traffic control and law enforcement, and use caution around personnel.
