The sales team is knowledgeable and very helpful without high pressure to buy. Very friendly and shared which products and brands they trust and prefer. They had what we needed in stock so we purchased a washer. They scheduled delivery for the very next day. The delivery was on time, they took the old washer and also helped install the new one. From the floor to the set up, great experience!

Always have been treated courteously. Have never been pressured to buy anything. We really like that about Valley Furniture. Also, we like the assistance in buying and their honesty. We’re older and we like the policy of Valley Furniture delivering whatever we can’t handle. The delivery boys were very courteous and careful with our merchandise. So appreciative of that. We like to support Greenlee and Graham counties. So we will continue to do business with Valley Furniture as we have for many years.

The sales folks are helpful but not high pressure.

The customer service was great and delivery was very professional. My delivery guys took special care to not scratch my new floors and installed everything with ease. I only rated 4 stars because prices were higher than other places, but I wanted to ensure all of my appliances matched and my builder used Valley for my stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave, so I also purchased the refrigerator there.
