My hair stylist was Carol and she was wonderful! She listened to exactly what I wanted and the end result was better than I could’ve imagined. She was very kind, the service was great! I highly recommend Top Notch and Carol.

If i could give absolutely ZERO stars i would. HORRIBLE HAIRCUT. DONT KNOW HOW TO CUT MENS HAIR. SO THEY SHOULDNT OFFER IT!!!!! BEWARE YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU ASKED FOR AT ALL‼️‼️‼️

Carol did a fantastic job on my hair. I wanted a big change, and she patiently compared colors with me before giving me the best haircut and color that I've ever had! I will definitely be a returning customer.
