In 1979, Toni & Joe Sarantopoulos opened a small restaurant called Olympic Pizzarama in the Safeway Shopping center located in Thatcher, AZ. Serving quality pizza, New York grinders, delicious dinners and soups made from scratch... the Sarantopoulos’ established their restaurant and reputation in the Gila Valley.

Within 6 months Letty started cooking and for 15 years Letty worked for the Sarantopoulos’ before they elected to retire and asked Letty if she was interested in taking over the business. In 2003, with the help of the Sarantopoulos’ Letty took over the business and moved her new investment across the street to the Mt. Graham Shopping Center where she has been for 11 years. Renamed Toni’s Kitchen Pizzarama to honor it’s previous owners Letty continues to serve the quality dishes and pizza she learned to make from Toni & Joe nearly 35 years after the business was founded.
Really good food! The servers are very respectful and willing to help. It's priced well. You can expect to wait 15 to 25 minutes for your food. The place has a lot of character. I had the "Beef fajita wrap". Very flavorful, very filling, very well made. 5 Stars! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 ⭐
We just love their Fettuccini with Chicken and Broccoli! We get it every time we are in town— Just yum! Mariah was fantastic, smiled, made us feel welcomed and was cleaning a lot between customers, place was spotless!
I tried to support local today after 3 years of living here and wish I never did!! Pizza was soooo greasy and tasted like the pepperoni was spoiled.We both ate 1 slice and decided that something was wrong. I come on here and read a review where the lady says she got sick from the Pizza!! Praying we don't get sick! Never again. I rarely leave a bad review, this was that bad!!!!! I did call and notify them of this and the host remembered me. she was extremely nice and it's not her fault anyways The picture of the pizza is cold because I refrigerated it just in case!!!
The pizza and green chili Alfredo is sooo good!! My only complaint is they are always out of straws and usually super slow. They were this time though so maybe it's gotten better.
Where do I start? Walked in and saw lots of empty tables sitting there that needed to be bussed. Was told to “have a seat wherever”, which was fine. Was greeted by our waitress who looked like she was in a daze. After ordering I was looking around and noticed our plates were dirty with grunge on the bottoms of both plates that had been stacked. Also the table was a little bit sticky but appeared clean. While watching an employee bus the tables I quickly realized why it was sticky. She used the same washcloth over and over on every table and did not use any cleaning solution. I could go on but my boyfriend summed it up best: "This place.... some how they have captured the essence of getting food from an old dirty food truck and brought indoors. The bathroom does not disappoint either.”
