Went from four self wash stations to two, due to construction. Not a problem. The problem is that out of the two, apparently only one works properly. Just my luck, I that doesn't have all it's functions working. Seeing as $10 is the minimum charged... that's $10 wasted.

I just used this car wash for the first time, I rinsed my jeep off using my credit card... don't do this, it showed I used between $5-$6 on the screen after i hit stop but my account was dinged for $20.
Update to response: I used it Sunday around noon, it's now Thursday afternoon and still no adjustment.
Now Saturday and still no adjustment, go ahead and use your cards, buy a quick wash and see what it gets you...$20

Really decent car wash and a friendly owner. I will be coming here regularly! Wash bays take debit which is a huge deal. The facilities are well maintained. Only issue i had was with the vacuum being full/clogged but that's a hard tool to upkeep so i understand.

Stafford really needed a car wash like this place. Absolutely love it, will not go anywhere else. Everything is high quality and spot free rinse actually works to some degree. The dry blower is awesome. Never had a car look so good after using a DIY car wash. Nice job to the new owners.

Love this new revamped automatic car wash !! It’s touch less so no having to mess with your side mirrors. My Rav 4 came out so nice and shiny clean. Definitely recommend The Wash as I will be going back for certain. Best car wash in the Valley ♥️♥️
