We recently relocated to Safford from AJ, due to family and our elders needing help in FT. We made several attempts to contact and even stopped in on multiple occasions and got zero human contact, zero response, zero call backs. Management showed lack of follow up or care and was just plain Disappointing especially when I explained our situation and need over the phone on a voice mail back in August 2025, and we still got zero response. Time has passed and getting to know people and an 89 year old local told me to steer clear of this place due to snow bird favoritism and lack of proper management. Makes me think, maybe God didn't want us here for a reason.

I came here in January for just one week it was my Birthday and they had a hot tub. I'm still here! I love it here! The management is awesome Brent treats everyone like family all the other residents that have lived here a long time says he's the best manager this park has ever had. I'm now a full time resident and I work here as well. So if you find yourself coming this way swing by stay awhile I promise you wont regret it.
Nice big spots. Easy in and out and beautiful views if on the first row we were in #2. Felt safe and neighbors were nice. Jane was great as well. CONS- price was high for 1 night considering some amenities were not working or unusable. Water spigot leaked really bad. We didn't even connect since the box flooded, so we ran off our tanks. The pool heater was broke so no swimming either.
Wonderful management. Brent, Mona and Brian are amazing. This resort has truly come a long way, since my last experience in 2019. The cleanest I've ever seen, the pool open and kept very neatly. With open arms Mona greets her guests and cooks, cleans and does a multitude of jobs. Brent has a exquisite eye for decor, guest safety, cleanliness and amenities. Brian does all maintenance, security, etc. Together they run the most efficient resort in eastern AZ. More like a bed and breakfast type of atmosphere. Good work Safford RV resort. ;)
