A well kept active adult mobile home park. Located a few miles east of Safford. Pool, activities center, landscaping, and mature trees. This is a large park with over 100 well maintained homes. Lots of friendly people out walking and visiting.

Tammy is amazing she was able to get us into the RV side of the park quickly. Shes friendly and the prices are amazing! The amenities are wonderful at the park .

The manager there is racists and a ruthless woman. The trailer we loked at had bare wires, ceiling sagging , carpet dirty and had holes. We mentioned these issues stating that we don't think its worth 1400.00 a month without being addressed. Safety issue
She started yelling and becoming rude. I don't recommend this park to anyone 55+.

My mom lives here with her husband. She will occasionally speak Spanish. The managers are very racist. I was down visiting from far away and constantly my moms husband would get phone calls that what was I doing there. He said I was visiting, I was here for 5 days. It constantly felt like I was being watched, we couldn’t even walk outside comfortably. My mom is making arrangements to move out after only one 1 year of living here. The lady is elderly with short white hair like a pixie cut. She is on a golf cart driving around like a prison guard. People should be able to visit their elderly family members without being watched constantly. I have never seen people act this way before. It’s a 55+ community and it okay. The pool looked dirty I did not go into it, and the trailers have spider webs all over them. If I was elderly I would not rent here. The washers were disgusting.
