There were several women that helped us with 4 batteries, install them and then helped us get it connected in our motor home in 112 degrees. They went way above and beyond and highly recommend. I haven’t seen service like this in a long time, thank you ladies

Van wouldn't start while shopping able to have jumped and drove to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Worked with service Tech named Jacob. Super nice and helped with everything that I explained was going on. He performed the alternator test and battery test. Found the issue was my battery. Helped me with the best price and options I could do and then also help with the installation and removal. Truly appreciate the help and customer service provided today and for Jacob's help from start to finish to help me get back on the road! I give Jacob a 5☆ for his service!

Amazing and super friendly staff. I’ve lived in Safford all my childhood and recall going here with my dad and come to O’Reillys every single time I need parts for my cars. If they don’t have what you need the staff almost always gives there opinion on other solutions. The people who work here really make the place great, they’re extremely patient, very communicative, friendly, and straightforward people, I know almost every person who works here. I work on all my own vehicles and have always used O’Reillys parts, all great quality and dependable. Store is clean and welcoming.

Even though they were busy, with customers I. Line. And the phone constantly ringing Frank, the manager, acknowledged that I was there and stated he would be with me in a moment. I appreciate that rather than being ignored like I have been in other businesses, he explained the product's that were in stock and then allowed me to chose which ones I preferred!! Highly recommend.

Great store prices are quite high but if you need the part it's cheaper than some of the competition.
It's hard to find because of it's placement between Arron's and another store I forgot about.
The store has a great assortment of parts as well as fast ordering speeds.
