Nutcracker towing came to save us after I high centered a work truck and we were unable to free the truck ourselves. We were in a remote rural area and they were able to get someone out in a reasonable amount of time. They also checked the undercarriage of the truck and recommended us next steps. The driver even followed us out to a proper road to make sure we were safe/didn't break down. Everyone that we spoke to was courteous and understanding. We felt heard and cared for. Bought a car from him paid $2,500 for it had a week and a half before it broke down and when we got a hold of him to try and come look at it to see what was wrong with it or maybe trade us a vehicle of equal or less value so that we could have a vehicle to get around in he told us that it was our fault the car wasn't running and would not even tow the vehicle home for us my boyfriend lost his job because of it he's never even attempted to make it right between us I do not recommend buying any vehicles from this man he is a crook

Showed up to pick up car for family and was told you have to call during a certain time frame so they give you another appointment time to call so you can make a actual pick up appointment to even pick up car. Ridiculous! That is how they are able to keep charging you daily fees because it's almost impossible to get your car out.

$550.00 to tow 35.00 daily he told my husband you need a appointment Before you could pick up, and my husband said there was a girl there having a hard time getting her car out. He was not answering her calls and she had to have a guy call him.

I don’t usually post reviews, but this company went out of their way to help us! We were locked out and within 20 minutes, their service professional was there and had the truck open in under 5 minutes! On another occasion, we had a breakdown and they were so prompt and kind as they provided towing to a nearby shop. They definitely know what they are doing and do it well!
