Eghhh meek experience im technically a newbie was looking more than looking lue Ata couple pieces after looking at like two I was zeroing in on what I wanted and to make sure carb to bowl hole ratio was right I was bark at and scolded as if I am not a complet gentleman so basically made a rushed decision and didnt even look at piece I purchased and I should of not spent any money there but once I left there was a rubber plug on side of piece we're on other 2 similar pieces I looked at had a glass bump to cover or seal piece it was a freeze pipe. So basically a manufacture error or a unfinished piece. I just wanted exchange not allowed to . Nasty customer service not a huge loss but worth the review and if there is any rebuttal or expression to save face I invite

I went in to moe’s smoke smoke and the lady there named Jennifer had great customer service and she helped me with all my needs. Please go there the lady’s there are so helpful and respectful and also very polite. Thanks everyone for listening to my review

Honestly, I'm convinced that these positive reviews are all family or friends of the owners. When I came in today, the store was dirty and had an off smell, the employee was swearing on the phone about what sounded like another employee being late and did not bother to get off the phone to help me. The vape was $4 more expensive than anywhere else in town, and the box I was given was completely crushed, won't be back here.
