After searching in vain for fresh, clean, real ingredient tortillas in Safford AZ, I took a wrong turn and saw the sign for Mi Casa Tortilla. Yay!! The service was excellent. The tortillas were not only fresh and made with real ingredients and no additives or preservatives the clerk told us they prep the corn in site! Chips and Salsa were delicious getting ready to try the tortillas. By the looks of them and the ingredient label, they're going to be awesome.
No restrooms for their dine-in customers! Bean & Cheese Burritos don't actually have cheese. Do not come here for a dine-in experience! If you're looking for good tortillas, then this is the place to go to. But do not come here for their frozen meals and do not come here for a dine-in.
If you want to try the best salsa you’ve ever had in your life, come to Mi Casa immediately. They do a fantastic job with the tortillas and chips but my goodness, the chiltepin salsa will knock your socks off. Intense heat, great flavor, perfect balance. So good I just sat in my car and ate it
I’ve gotten tortillas from mi casa several times and let me tell you, these are the best tortillas I e ever had. I e lived in AZ for 35 years now so I’ve has a tortilla or two in my life. These are hands down the best. I can pull one out of the package from the fridge and just peal it apart and eat it plain. They’re that good. You’re not doing that with brand name tortillas from the store. I could go on and on about how good the tortillas are. But I will leave after commenting on their fluffiness. They are so fluffy. If you shop in safford and don’t take advantage of this place then you are just missing out on that little gem. I keep my tortillas in the fridge and backups in the freezer. They freeze very well also. Yum!!!
Sadly, I will never attempt to order tortillas from Mi Casa ever again. My family have been loyal customers for years. I recently moved and called to take advantage of their shipping service. It took 6 days to receive my order. I placed the order over the phone and 3 weeks later I was finally able to get the information on when they would be shipped. Every single package was moldy when I received them. I spent over $70 on moldy inedible tortillas and their only suggestion was that I try to order more. And to top it off the staff that handles the ordering was very rude and abrasive about my order. No thankyou! Never again.
