Ordered the three cheese grilled cheese and a side of fries. Very reasonably priced and very delicious. Recommend both, the fries have the perfect crunch. The grilled cheese is great with some ketchup. While dining in at roughly 12:30pm a large group of high school kids walked over for lunch, it was extremely busy for about 20-30 minutes. They eat here and then walk back over to the high school (I assume it's a high school). They were well-behaved, but it was overwhelming. A man with glasses came and checked on me a couple times, an owner or manager - very professional - very friendly. - On my way out, I also picked up 4 cinnamon rolls and roughly 6 cookies. They had a great selection of cookies. - I'm not a fan of their cinnamon rolls, too doughy, icing isn't my jam, and not enough cinnamon. I think Meg's Place needs to visit Vern's Place in Laporte, CO to get some tips on cinnamon rolls. Vern's Place sells a cinnamon roll that's 2x larger, has better icing, and is the same price as Meg's Place at $5/ea. -- The cookies are the highlight of to-go -- Justin's Cookie was great as well as the Debbie Cookie (peanut butter). There were a couple others but I don't remember their names, quality cookie at a quality price $3/ea (giant cookie).

Great food, great quality, ample serving size. Good prices. Staff was friendly. Clean location. Plenty of seating. The Fri Bread taco with green chillies is over the top. The spicy cauliflower is a great choice for a side dish. Fresh bakery, made onsite.

I don’t know why locals give Meg’s such high ratings, but a 4.8 average score is grossly out of proportion! The old-timely atmosphere, memorabilia, charming little gift shop area, and local town history decorating its walls made this a fun stop along Highway 70. But the food is incredibly mediocre. The breakfast sandwich contained what tasted like cheap lunch meat from a grocery store, served on an average English muffin with some decent scrambled eggs being the only bright spot. The potatoes with bacon were more like frozen potato chunks reheated and mixed with bacon bits from a supermarket. I was wholly unimpressed.

We finally had a chance to eat here after hearing so many great things about it. I’m giving it five stars relative to its location. You will not find a better burger in the entire Gila Valley. Are these the best burgers I’ve ever eaten? No, but the burgers are really, really good. The fries were pretty good. My kids said the chicken tenders were good. The soft serve ice cream was pretty good as well. The customer service was great. I got to meet Meg. She is awesome! The store is also a giant shop. You can find everything from baseball caps to honey.

Didn't get a chance to review this place last time I came through to have a breakfast burrito but it was so good I had to stop and try the lunch burgers...did not disappoint at all!! Fantastic place to stop and eat!
