Raena Carter is amazing to work with. I have used her three times now. Once for buying my first home and twice now for selling. She is hard working and extremely dedicated to her clients. This past transaction was during the busy holiday season. She worked tirelessly, late nights early mornings. She knew all the right contacts (contractors, workers, etc) or used her network to find us the right fit. We had to do a lot of work for our house to qualify for the loan our buyer was needing and she helped every step of the way. I can not recommend her enough. I have every intention of using her for any of my future real estate needs in graham county or the surrounding areas.

We had several road blocks while under contract from outside parties and she communicated everything very well and helped me work thru them! Raena made the process of buying a home for the first time a lot less stressful and more enjoyable! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a home!!

Our experience selling our home with Keyhole Properties and Kym Gifford was very frustrating. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. Kym rarely answered her phone, and it often took multiple follow-ups just to get a response. When we did speak with her, she frequently sounded irritated that we were asking for updates.
Our home was initially listed far too high, even though we clearly communicated that we needed to sell quickly. We had to push multiple times just to get the price lowered to something more realistic. When we asked why we weren’t getting any showings, the only response we received was to “just be patient,” which was not helpful given the situation.
Overall, the experience felt very hands-off. We expected our agent to be proactive and motivated to sell our home, but instead we felt like we had to chase answers and push for basic communication.
To make matters worse, the “For Sale” sign was left in our yard for an entire month after closing. We had to contact her multiple times reminding her to pick it up, which she still has not.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend Keyhole Properties to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
