    Really think hard before going here. They don't care about their customers. Last week, we set up an appointment for this Monday at 11 am. to get tires put on our truck. We drop off the truck and kill 2 hours because we live 45 minutes away. Come back and are told the tires never showed up and we need to reschedule the appointment . No, "Sorry we wasted your time," just, hey, we need you to come back because we pretended like we changed the tires on your truck. It's extremely disrespectful to us as clients to waste our time and money like that. They knew at 8am, when they opened, that they didn't have the tires and couldn't fulfill the appointment, but they let us waste $60 in gas to drive down there anyway. Then, when we got there, they knew the tires still weren't there but neglected to tell us. Wasting 2 hours of our time while we waited around, thinking the tires were getting done and they were balancing it. That appointment was at 1. Still didn't tell us they weren't working on our truck. Only when we went to check on the status at 1:30 did the finally tell us that the tires never came in and they didn't do anything to the truck. Such a disrespectful joke. They claimed they were waiting for the delivery truck to see if the tires were on that. So, their plan was to lie and pretend like they were able to fix our truck, then hope that the tires made it in on the shipment for the day. Then what? You made us wait 2 hours? Your truck shows up at noon or 1, so... we'd have to wait another two hours at least while you try to fit our truck in between the other scheduled appointments you had for the day? Complete and utter disrespect for us and our time. I understand that sometimes shipping hiccups happen and things don't show up, but TELL US! Don't pretend like it's all good, make us drive in there, then waste 2 more hours of our time. It was handled so poorly. These guys only care about making a buck, and obviously don't care about their clients, their clients time, or their clients money. Well, they care about the money...they want your money, even if it means crappy business practices. We rescheduled the appointment and went in, again, and do you think they said sorry? Nope. They didn't say sorry when it happened, why would they say sorry again. They just swept it under the rug like they treat all of their clients this way and it's nothing new. Do you think they gave us a discount to apologize for how poorly they handled the situation the first time and for wasting our time and money? Nope. Charged full price, because again... all they want is your money. They don't want you as a client, they want your money. Won't treat you well, but will still expect them to be paid top dollar for crappy, disrespectful service. If you still choose to use them, do yourself a favor and call before you go in. Odds are, they don't even have your parts in, but are more than happy to make you come in anyway and wait. Oh, and on top of that, my husband got yelled at by some old man that works there as he was coming out of the restroom. Yelled at him to get his hands out of his pockets and look busy. So unprofessional. If you don't even know who your employees are and aren't... it's sad. It does kind of explain their business practices though. Guy doesn't even know a client from an employee. Can't really expect top notch service from someone like that. Explains why the employees think it's okay to lie about fixing your truck and waste your time and money, then make you come in again for their mistake without even apologizing or correcting it. A discount wouldn't have been too hard to do given the time and money you all made us waste as you pretended our appointment was "good to go!" Stay clear. There's too many other mechanics (Harrelson, Austin's and the shop in Pima) to waste your time (literally) with these guys. Heck...driving to Tucson or Phoenix is better than wasting time with these guys.

    I have been going to Kempton Service in Clifton since I have moved back to Clifton 2 years ago. I am so happy with the service at Kemptons they are so helpful and always get me in to take care of all my needs. They have been doing all my oil changes on my vehicles since I moved back. I never have to worry about not getting quality service. They installed our 5th Wheel hitch and the mechanic was nice enough to show me how to operate it and where he had installed the new cords to make it easier for us to power it from the inside. If you want peace of mind when you need service I highly recommend stopping there.

    Ordered a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 from Kempton in Clinton, AZ. Art was great allowing us to pick it up on a Holiday and showing us all the bells and whistles. Can't thank you enough. We are loving our new truck.

    If I could give no stars I would we went in to buy a truck and to have our appraised as a trade in never heard back we actually had to call them and ask what was going on and they said they were still waiting for an appraisal we waited for over 2 weeks and still nothing and the truck we were interested in is gone
