I would like to thank Kempton Chevrolet in Arizona for making our purchase as seamless as it can be We live in Texas and saw the car online that was priced at a great price we made contact and our sales rep was named Jordan Davis . He answered all of our questions and knew we were buying from another state he made sure all the paperwork we would need to register it in our state would be smooth . I feel Jordan even did above and beyond customer service to make sure we were happy by taking a video and pictures of the vehicle as well as getting inside to make sure there was no smoke smell. Jordan stayed in constant contact throughout the sales process to make sure there was no problems with our future car. He even arranged a carrier pick up for us to have the car delivered to our front door . The car came in great time and was perfect. Jordan even did a great follow up to make sure there was no issues with the delivery and that the car ran great. So my recommendation is to check out Kempton Chevrolet dealership for its great selection and definitely ask for Jordan Davis for his amazing customer service in buying a car. If I buy another car I will check them out first .

I cant say enough good things about Jordan and the entire staff. Jordan, is great salesman, with awesome humor, and straight forward. Kid hustled to get me the best deal. I purchased 2026 ZR2, total time 1.5 hours. Im very satisfied with the entire process.
This was my first time buying at a dealership. It was such an easy and stress free experience. Armando was absolutely amazing and so helpful getting us our dream car. Every single staff member I encountered was extremely friendly. Even the technician who detailed my car was super kind. Can’t recommend this place enough, will only be going here in the future!
I reached out to this dealership multiple times for more information on a vehicle and received no response to my emails or texts. I eventually called and spoke with Armando, who said he would look into the information I needed and get back to me, but I never heard from him again. Most other dealerships I’ve worked with have been very responsive, so this experience was disappointing. I gave them several days and multiple opportunities to follow up, but nothing. I’m not going to chase down a dealership to spend money with them—it simply isn’t worth it. They likely could have made a sale from me, but the lack of communication cost them that opportunity.
