I would like to thank Kempton Chevrolet in Arizona for making our purchase as seamless as it can be We live in Texas and saw the car online that was priced at a great price we made contact and our sales rep was named Jordan Davis . He answered all of our questions and knew we were buying from another state he made sure all the paperwork we would need to register it in our state would be smooth . I feel Jordan even did above and beyond customer service to make sure we were happy by taking a video and pictures of the vehicle as well as getting inside to make sure there was no smoke smell. Jordan stayed in constant contact throughout the sales process to make sure there was no problems with our future car. He even arranged a carrier pick up for us to have the car delivered to our front door . The car came in great time and was perfect. Jordan even did a great follow up to make sure there was no issues with the delivery and that the car ran great. So my recommendation is to check out Kempton Chevrolet dealership for its great selection and definitely ask for Jordan Davis for his amazing customer service in buying a car. If I buy another car I will check them out first .
10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I bought 2 cars from Kempton. First car, 2021 Chevy Spark, was in the body shop for a month or so after an unfortunate incident. The body shop service advisors never keep you updated so you have to call to find out what's going on with your vehicle. Even though the body shop drops the ball on keeping the customers informed of what's going on with their vehicles, it was an alright car except the stereo and screen did some weird crap and the speakers sounded like it was under water. Again, it was an alright vehicle, nothing special about it. Second car, 2024 Chevy Trax, ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! I took the car in at 2k to 3k miles because the stereo/screen was wigging out and the windows weren't rolling up, which they said they couldn't duplicate the windows, also they never fixed the stereo/screen. Took the car in again around 20k to 30k miles because the transmission was doing some weird sounding stuff, the usb/type c jacks quit working, and the stereo was still wigging out. They never fixed the stereo/screen again, the usb/type c jacks still don't work, and the transmission never got fixed because, no surprise here, they said they couldn't duplicate the issue when it absolutely could be duplicated. 45k, took it in again for the recall and check engine light, they said they fixed the recall but the app still says that the recall has not been done. 75k, took it in again and had the sales person who sold me the pile of crap drive it and he tried to give me the run around with the car saying that the aerodynamics or tires are whats probably making the sound, and I said no it's absolutely the transmission. Since he screwed me out of the extended warranty that I asked for, he said, my options to fix the car were to either pay out of pocket to fix the car or I can buy another car. Guess what I did, I had to pay for a transmission because Kempton doesn't have mechanics who know how to diagnose mechanical issues and fix the cars they sell, and they have shady salesmen working for them. Congratulations Kempton Chevrolet!! Because of what I've experienced with this poorly engineered bucket, I will NEVER buy another Chevy or any Car from your establishment or any other Chevy dealer 👍
David was great! He looked for the best deals with the banks. We are very happy with our Tahoe! Everything was so fast and easy! We’ve never had such a great experience like the one we had with David at Kempton!
I cant say enough good things about Jordan and the entire staff. Jordan, is great salesman, with awesome humor, and straight forward. Kid hustled to get me the best deal. I purchased 2026 ZR2, total time 1.5 hours. Im very satisfied with the entire process.
The team at the Kempton's Auto Body shop are absolutely incredible. From the time I dropped off my truck after a major collision, they took care of every detail, including working closely with my insurance adjuster to be sure everything was restored back to where it was before the accident. I can't speak highly enough about them and the quality of work they do.
