Over 1 year ago, per a home inspection, this company was to remove water and clean out rust and condensate and tilt the secondary pan properly on our HVAC in the attic. We had maintenance done by another company and they indicated the pan was not tilted properly. We had to replace it. Jon's Heating and Cooling took several weeks to get back to us and at first denied that they had even been assigned to the job.

The tech that came out to the trailer I'm renting wouldn't repair the ac. He had replaced the fan about a month ago, and didn't bundle the wires up so they didn't touch the hot coil on the unit, causing a wire to melt then burn a hole into the pipe that caused our unit to stop working. He was very unprofessional, and refused to fix the problem that his negligence caused. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Called and made an appointment for 10am. At 1040 I called a man answered said he didn't write my number down and the guy was at another house. He would call the guy and see how long and call me back. He never called back. I called at 1240 and he was rude af so I used b and d heating and cooling instead!!
