Stopped in for the first time after work Large place with lots of bar seating and reg tables TVs all over very good selection of brews The owner, I think it was. Maybe manager came up and greeted me Fast service. Did not eat this trip but food prices seem very fair. Busy busy place is usually a good sign Cheers!
Very cool place to eat, relax. We were briefly visiting Safford and JD's was recommend by local folks. I had their special which was a burger with ghost peppers, jalapeño, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and homemade hotsauce, with sweet potato fries. Very tasty food with some heat! Service was great. Our server was very attentive, polite, and kind. The manager visited out table. Very personable guy. Highly recommend this place when visiting Safford 👍🏻
Brought family in from PA. Waited to be seated at the front door while people were leaving. Bummer as they had pleanty of staff and enviroment was not busy. Finally seated and waited for service. Kacie was our server. Seemed distant, not too friendly, (understandably, we all have crummy days). Took our order however food was delayed and not hot. One family guest ordered BBQ wings but said it was too spicy, didn't smell or taste like BBQ and it didn't taste right. Several of us tried them... not good. I asked Kacie if they changed the BBQ sauce as our family was unhappy and indicated it was also too hot. She said no, it's the same as always, theres only one BBQ sauce. We didn't stay too long. I asked for a manager however Kacie said they were busy. I explained the issue and was told the sauce was actually Jamaican spice, not BBQ. I expected to receive an apology, credit, discount or something especially after mentioning twice & not consumable. Bathrooms need serious attention, paint-job and repairs. Hope this helps owners, servers and management.
First time eating here, food was good, service was great and with a smile, the server was very friendly, what was nice the owner would come out and ask how everything is.
Our server was great super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Brought refills without having to be asked. Gave great recommendations on the menu. Will definitely be back if ever back in this area. We did the lunch specials, I had a giant basket of chili cheese fries and my better half had the smash burger with fresh cut fries. Everything came out piping hot and delicious. Definitely needed a to go box with how many fries was in my basket.
