There washing arms are either broken or missing. The rinse doesn't get all soap off your car. And the people spraying the car either don't spray at all or only spray part of it. This place need to shutdown and repair everything that is broken. The only good thing is the vacuums.

Best car wash in town, and it actually cleans your car. Some of the vacuums need repair, though, and are taped together with low suction. Very happy overall, though! Would love a full-service car wash locally one day.

Inconsistent hours. I am cancelling my monthly subscription. Hours of operation say they close at 7pm. I just went there at 6:45pm, the girl was closing the metal doors. I know she saw me, completely ignored me and closed early. Other times I’ve tried to wash my car and it was closed by 6:30pm on a Friday.

The worst car wash in Thatcher. The kids that work there don’t spray your car off or wipe it off. The vacuums never work you have to bring your own towels to dry your car and the car wash will scratch your car up. I don’t know what they did with the man that used to work there, but he was absolutely wonderful spraying off your car and wiping most of the bugs off before you went through the car wash and the vacuums always worked when he was there. Going to cancel my subscription.

I have a membership there. The past several washes the soap didn't get rinsed of completely. The equipment could use some updating or repairs to wash and rinse better. There's no more pre-wash by personnel, before entering the car wash unit. The vacuums don't work well either. I hope things get better or I will be canceling my membership and use the other washes in town.
