I have been a customer at Gila Outdoor for many years and the service has always been vastly above the rest. In recent years I’ve been fortunate enough to have them set me up 2 bows with a number of different arrow set ups to fit my bow just right. Extremely good customer service answers all questions about products and always gets back to you when your order is ready to be picked up. Very easy to get a hold of over the phone and getting back to you as soon as possible if they can’t make it to the phone right away. Liked that they actually educated me on some of the things I have bought and that they can help mount scopes on rifles with their work bench. Their prices are awesome compared to other stores like that. They have a layaway option as well. I bought my first bow and there team of guys helped me sight in my 20 yard pin with there indoor bow range and gave me a couple of tips on shooting my bow even helped me with cutting my arrows to the right length.

Gila Outdoor is honestly one of the best places I’ve ever shopped. They’ve got a massive selection of products, so no matter what you’re looking for, chances are they have it. On top of that, their prices are really solid—you don’t feel like you’re overpaying like at a lot of other places. Everything is well organized and easy to find, and the overall experience just makes you want to keep coming back.
The customer service really stands out too—Collin and Mitch were both super helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I needed and made the whole experience even better.
If you’re into outdoor gear or just need quality products at good prices, this place is definitely worth checking out.

These guys are my go to for Everything gun related. They always got a great selection of new stuff and everyone in there is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Every time I go in there Collin always comes over says hi shakes my hand and calls me by name. 10 out of 10 recommend doing business with these guys.

Visited the store for the first and last time today. Staff never acknowledged our presence in the store. No one asked if we needed help. We felt invisible as we walked around. Was looking for a pair of boots but have no idea if they even had my size. Oh well I guess that’s why the internet grew so big. I just hope locals are treated better 😞
