The staff is so sweet! I love how respectful, friendly, open the environment is! In fact I loved it so much as a guest I signed up for a membership the same day! The diversity of equipment is amazing!

Definitely one of the best gyms I've ever been too. Great equipment for anything you want to do, and it's so nice that it's women only, it makes it very non-intimidating to get a great workout and try equipment you're not used too. I came in for a day pass, I really wish there was a gym like this where I live, I would be in way better shape!
