We had Brian and his crew move our double wide. We received the quote quick and super easy to read. Set down with Brian and changed a few things. We opted for the in ground set with concrete blocks for our foundation after talking with Brian. Took his crew 4 days to get the house split and ready to move. After the house was on our land it took the crew 16 days to complete the task. We had a rain day in there and a little problem getting concrete due to a big job for FMI. Brian let us know every step of the way, great comunication from the start of disassemble to occupancy permit. We did have a couple if hickups but was told what happened and the plan to fix the issue. Would have this team move our home again if we ever needed it. The crew would answer all our questions and take our concerns or ideas to heart. Brian told me we would love his crew and he was not wrong. Thanks Brian and team for making a stressful time not so stressful.

I will give Five Star five stars! The manufacturer was unable to provide accurate delivery information, and assumed no responsibility for installation. I had a tight move-in schedule that had been postponed twice. My home was finally delivered on August 23. Five Star was able to begin installation approximately one week later. I was able to move in approximately one week after that. Many thanks to Brian Montoya and the Five Star Team. They were quick and efficient! I would definitely recommend Five Star. Update: the skirting that five star installed had to be repaired twice, and now five star will not even honor my request to repair the wind damage. Their response is “we installed to the manufacturers specific specifications.“ Unfortunately, five star is the only game in town, and their work is shoddy at best.
