I told him her contract was with him, not the company he did business with. After he didn't return my calls, I hired another person. The roofer I hired said the material used was good, but the employees had done a bad job. He didn't take responsibility for a bad job that had been done, and took advantage of an elderly woman on a limited income. I would never recommend or hire Ferrins Roofing.
