Went into eat 2 months ago ordered a Big Daddy, the tortilla was burnt. The waitress took my plate back, they fried another tortilla and scraped from one tortilla to the other.
I thought I would give them another try so went in on Saturday. I ordered Indian frybread. The waitress brought it out with a serrated steak knife ( that should have been my first clue) and that wouldn't even cut the bread! We stated that it didnt look deep fried, but dried out, about as thick as pita bread. The waitress argued that it was deep fried. I could have chewed through an old pair of moccasins faster. The green chilie was bland with no flavor, tasted like it came from a can. Third time will not be a charm for me. So sad, this place was once such a good place to eat.

Im from out of town and last ate here Nov 2024. Up to that time everything was GREAT... Service... Food...I even recommended to some friends who became a fan of this establishment. Fast forward to present day November 2025. First thing I noticed was how long it took for me to be seated, I then noticed how they changed my menus and the imagery describing what the meals were had been replaced with a script only menu. I really used to enjoy the complimentary bean dip they provided, it's changed as well and it's just very basic beans.
Unsure what to get to eat from the new script only menu, I played it safe and I ordered the shredded beef tacos. They showed up and they were wrong, I got ground beef instead. The waitress took note of it and made the correction. While I was waiting I took a look at my plate and I noticed that It was chipped heavily in certain spots as if it had been dropped on the floor at some point. This is not very appealing visually. Like I said before, I really used to love this place but it has taken? a heavy nose dive for some reason. I will no longer recommend this establishment to anyone traveling to Safford. I'm saddened that I'm going to break the news to my good friends who I used to bring here from out of town.

The tacos were absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere felt authentic and welcoming.
Our waitress made sure we were well taken care of the whole time, which made the visit even better. Great food and great service. Definitely a place worth visiting.

The food was delicious and the portions met the price (really think you get more food for the price). The service was great! We had a huge party and the service was still spectacular! The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. We'll be back when we come back to town. The salsa was delicious!! Wish I could bring some home.

The green chili cheese crisp was excellent. a must try.
I ordered the taco salad which was good except the meat tasted a lil off . I don't know if it wasn't cooked enough or they used something else instead of ground beef.
but for the most part it was good. 4 stars
