Dr. Davis is incredible. My girls are recovering from RSV and he's been caring for them daily. Truly caring and knowledgeable. My girls are very comfortable here. Love it, thank you to all the staff for caring for my girls.
I went to Canyonlands when I first found out I was pregnant. Everything went smooth making the appointment and during the appointment. But months after my appointment I got sent the bill for the visit and all the labs and tests that were done. I called Canyonlands to see why I got the bill, I had specifically asked if they took my insurance, they told me they did prior to making the appointment. Fast forward to me receiving the bill, I called to see what happened, the lady told me that someone didn't put in the right insurance. she assured me that she fixed it. fast forward two weeks after talking with someone to get it fixed, I called back in to check to make sure that my insurance paid it and that everything was taken care of. the lady that I talked to told me that she put the insurance under the wrong one, yet again. that lady told me that she fixed it and is going to rebill the insurance. I will check back in a couple of weeks. long story short be careful with who puts in your insurance information and make sure they do it right. it has been a headache trying to get my bill taken care of almost a year later. I even gave the lady at the front desk my insurance cards so she could scan It in.
Glad to finally get a pharmacy that you can trust to not mix or not fill your referral glad to be there
My experience has been with the dental department and all who are involved with that area are the kindest and most caring people I have ever met. I've always been terrified of the dentist but Dr. Rivera and her assistants are amazing and they make me feel calm and comfortable every visit.
The dental office is where I had my appt, I haven’t been to the healthcare side. My experience was amazing. I haven’t been to the dentist in about 10years and had some issues, and was incredibly nervous. The hygienist was truly amazing, she did a fantastic job, no sign of tartar on my teeth at all. She was very kind and explained everything she was doing. The dentist was also amazing! She explained every step, and took my concerns seriously. She was very friendly as well. The receptionist for the dental side was very friendly and helpful as well! Everyone I dealt with I give 5 stars
