My kids go here, my daughter needed sedation for caps to be put on and they were very kind, helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. My kids love going here, the whole staff is always very kind. I recently went for dental work and was very nervous and a little emotional, they all made me feel super comfortable and eased my anxiety. Very appreciative for the whole team at this office.

Never in all my years have I had such a BAD experience with staff. The first woman who answered the phone cold transferred me, than the second was irate, rude, yelled at me, cut me off at every sentence when asked a question on policy for canceled appointments. Not even an no show. And when I asked for management, she refused and threatened to disconnect the call. Then the manager refused to address the rude behavior and instead claimed a miscommunication. I’d caution anyone else before they have an equally or worse experience with a staff not held responsible for mistreatments of patients.

Seek a second opinion before costly, time consuming and painful procedures from here. They wanted to cap most of my teeth, because grinding wear and tear. I am skeptical, because the dentist was brief, nonchalant and offered no proof of ground flat teeth. No sharing of the x-rays or showing me my flat spotted teeth in a mirror was given. Later, my own examination shows no real concern. Plus and most importantly, other dentists that I’ve frequented haven’t mentioned the need for this extreme treatment. Also the routine cleaning was a bit rough, felt manhandled a bit and rushed. Overall, everything was too rushed and crowded; another patient another dollar. Before committing to their recommendations, seek second opinions, preferably from nonprofit dental offices that aren’t as money motivated or other trusted professionals. This office is bullish and possibly full of bull. If my eventual second opinion confers with their recommendation, I’ll update.

I am with Stacy and she's a great dentist. If you get dentures, they will send you to Steven in Pima. I don't normally write reviews, but for a couple of years now, I am so mad when I put my dentures in and I have to write a review.
Steve and his daughter are great people and Steve makes good quality dentures. But if you want the denture YOU like, you have to demand it to Steve EVERY time you talk to him. Otherwise you end up like me and you get the dentures Steve wants you to have.
I wanted "Hollywood White" dentures, shiny white and clearly visible when i smile. Not everyone's choice, but that is what i wanted. Steve didn't like my choice and i got pretty dull white dentures and when I smile they hardly show. Makes me mad every day i put them in. I didn't insist enough, so i got what Steve likes, not what i wanted. I can't afford to get another set made, so i have to wear these boring dentures.
So, if you want the teeth you like, have them redo them until you like them. Don't make the same mistake i made and say nothing ,because they are nice great people. You will be mad every day you didn't insist.

Last visit went well. The staff were friendly. The dentist was great. She tries to make you as comfortable as possible. And makes a procedure that should be difficult into something simple. The bull family practice has been good to me. Thank you
