David gave me a flyer with everything I needed to reach out without pressuring me. He spoke to me explaining his concern and why he offered his survives. Our roof was 10 years old and needed to be replaced but we thought it would be too expensive. He explained that if we called they would run the numbers for free. We chose to finance and he helped us every step of the way. He always answered my calls quickly with a text or call back. We got pictures while the work was being conducted. Today its finished and we were very impressed. Im happy that we got the best quality after weighing all the options. Thanks David for helping us and keeping us in the loop.

Sales project manager David Villela showed up to my house 30 min after I reached out to Big Buckle Roofing and gave me my estimate within 15 min of meeting and a day and a half later I had a beautiful brand new roof! I never seen a harder working crew in my life. These guys finished a 1800 sq foot home within a day and a half! And they were willing to work with me on the price and payments. I’d definitely recommend Big Buckle Roofing for all your roofing needs.

We were at a loss when the first storm of the year destroyed our roof, insurance was denying replacement, despite shingles being gone all over the roof. Big Buckle helped us prove to insurance that we were in need of a full replacement, they helped us through the process. Once we finally won with insurance, and were able to pay Big Buckle and they had the supplies delivered and job completed in less then 4 days. They did an exceptional job and left us with a gorgeous new roof. So if you are looking for good quality work, honest, hard workers, and great customer service, Big Buckle Roofing can definitely help out!
We worked mostly with David Villela, and he is absolutely AMAZING! So friendly, and kept us informed through the whole process, answered my off-the-wall questions without judgement 😅. He made something scary and confusing feel simple and stress free.

From the very beginning, David was an excellent communicator. He took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident moving forward. That alone set him apart.
What meant even more to us was how considerate he was of our family. We have a baby, and David was intentional about timing and communication so our mornings weren’t disrupted. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and did not go unnoticed.
