I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Austin’s Auto Advantage for nearly six years. I recently went in for a routine oil change and ended up taking care of several additional maintenance items. Nothing was a surprise. They were the same “watch” items another shop had flagged a couple months ago. At nearly ten years old, it was simply time to handle the normal wear-and-tear work that keeps a vehicle reliable. After reviewing the service notes, I had one follow-up question and sent a message through their website while moving on with my day. Avery called promptly and walked me through it cleanly. Austin’s is thorough, straightforward, and honest. They don’t upsell fluff, and they stand firmly behind their work. They’re also not afraid to address concerns head-on, which I respect. I would trust them with any vehicle I own.

Went in for an oil change and it took ages and they gave my car back with a flat tire, paid almost 90 bucks for an oil change and a deflation to a tire. Edit: I went in with filled tires, I got my car back with front right tire light on and 27 psi when the placard says very clearly 33 for front tires. Management was also rude about the drain plug saying it was done by walmart, when I got the car a month ago and the guy i got it from got the last oil change at Haralsons. I also included the price I paid to fill the tire at the speedway next door but that’s on yall. Also it took a full hour after 3:00 for me to get my car, i wasn’t including the wait till 3

We got our 23 year old Jeep 4.0 repaired the guys did an Awesome job. Very friendly and kept their promises. They went above and beyond to even check over the AC repairs 1 week after install to make sure everything was tip top shape. Best Honest and Fair Auto repair around these parts. Very fair prices too. Quality parts and installers are top notch. They put a smile on my wife's face. Her Jeep can keep going as long as we have these guys taking care of it. Our Jeeps name is TANK. Thank you Austin's Auto Advantage!!

Everyone there is freaking amazing. We had a nail in our tire this time but they have done many other services on all our vehicles. I would not take our business anywhere else. Plus it helps that they are down to earth and so funny Thank you Austin's The Buffingtons.

Rip off artists. Charged me 40 dollars for doing nothing. Literally calling it a front end inspection. Lmfao. They don’t know I just retired from Cadillac 2 weeks ago. As a certified technician of 28 years. 2 hours to tell me No camber/caster adjustment due to a bad clamshell bushing. Well people you might want have a talk with your tech. The bushings holding the rack and pinion to the frame has nothing to due with camber or caster of any vehicle. Then to charge for that incorrect diagnosis is a good way to get sued. Stay clear of these people. If you do go here get a second opinion before work is performed. First and last time customer. Will never go here again.
