Justin was sharp as a tack, easy to deal with, and knowledgeable. I requested a quote and within an hour I had it in my inbox. Justin promptly called me to explain everything in detail. Luckily for me I called on the right day at the right time and they sent Airin and his team down to install the very next morning bright and early. Before they began to work they all sat with me to explain exactly what to expect throughout the day. All 4 installers were extremely polite and were fast. Before they left Airin took the time to explain everything to me and show me the ins and out of the new thermostats. Marcus was awesome! Very knowledgeable and experienced which can be hard to find when working on older AC units these days. He taught me a few things and provided value!! He even came out a day ahead of the scheduled appointment, that's a 5 star rating in itself!
