WILLCOX — Willcox Elementary School went into lockdown Monday, when a domestic dispute occurred in a neighboring residence.
The City of Willcox posted to its social media that the lockdown was ordered by the city’s Department of Public Safety as a precaution; there was no threat to the children or staff of the school.
The city also posted that the suspect in the domestic dispute was taken into custody without incident.
