Attorney General Kris Mayes announced that a Maricopa County Grand Jury has indicted the entity ‘iSold It on eBay’ in Glendale (iSold It), Charles Hudson Jr., Charles Hudson Sr., Sherry Hudson, and Carlos Flores, as well as 24 known alleged “boosters,” after a multi-year investigation conducted by the United States Department of Homeland Security. The alleged iSold It ring members were indicted for Organized Retail Theft, Trafficking Stolen Property, Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices of $10,000 or more, Illegally Conducting an Enterprise, and Conspiracy.

From 2018 to 2024, iSold It is alleged to have made more than $2,000,000 from the sale of previously stolen property. The indictments allege that ‘iSold It on eBay’, Charles Hudson Jr., Charles Hudson Sr., Sherry Hudson, and Carlos Flores worked with “boosters” to purchase stolen media, mainly Blu-Ray and DVDs, which iSold It then sold for discounted prices on their online Amazon storefront. During a search of the business and property associated to iSold It, investigators recovered over $200,000 in Blu-Ray and DVDs.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and convicted by a jury. Assistant Attorney Generals Matthew McCray and Michael Lester are prosecuting the case.
