SAFFORD β A 45-year-old Safford man is currently being held in the Graham County Jail on a $50,000 bond following an investigation by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) into the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Tom E. Jack Johnson, 45, made his initial appearance in Graham County Justice Court on Monday, Aug. 10, where a judge set his bond at $50,000. He faces two felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, specifically related to allegations of selling visual sexual depictions of a minor.
Johnson was originally arrested on Aug. 5 and booked into the Graham County Jail. His formal arrest and charges followed the execution of a search warrant obtained during an ongoing HSI operation.
As of Tuesday, Johnson remains in custody at the Graham County Jail with a $50,000 bond.
