Notice of Liquor License Public Hearing for Ginaveves Market Place LC – Graham County Chamber of Commerce

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with Section 38-431.01 of the Arizona Revised Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Safford, Graham County, Arizona, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Safford Library Program Room, located at 808 S 7^th Avenue, Safford, Arizona.

Relating to Liquor License; recommendation to the state liquor board regarding a Restaurant Series 12 License Application submitted by Lacey Janae Bryce, Agent, on behalf of Ginaveves Market Place LLC, Ginaveves Market Place, located at 401 W. Main St., Safford, Graham County, Arizona.

All members of the public are invited to attend the hearing.  For those persons unable to attend, written comments will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. the day of the public hearing in the Office of the City Clerk, 717 West Main Street, Safford, Arizona 85546.
