The City of Safford Water Division will soon begin utility work in the area of 8th Avenue and Discovery Park Boulevard in support of the construction of the new Mayor Jason Kouts Park.

During this project, motorists should expect reduced speeds and temporary lane shifts as crews excavate across portions of the roadway. The anticipated duration of the work is approximately one to two weeks.
