US 70 Pavement Rehabilitation Update
The Arizona Department of Transportation is continuing its pavement rehabilitation project on US 70 from Reay Lane to 8th Street. This work will improve roadway conditions, update pedestrian facilities, repair drainage structures, replace asphalt, upgrade driveways and curb ramps, and complete new pavement markings.

Construction began in early October and will continue through spring 2026. Work will include intermittent daytime and nighttime activity throughout the project corridor.

At this time, there are no planned lane closures scheduled for this week.

We will continue to provide updates as ADOT shares new information. Drivers are encouraged to stay alert in the work zone and allow extra travel time when necessary.
