I bought a gift certificate from a local fundraiser for one flower bouquet a month for a year from 5th Ave florist. The bouquets were always beautiful, and the best part was that the gift certificate was donated to help fund funeral costs to a family in need. It has been a wonderful experience all year long! I highly recommend this shop!

My mother ordered flowers a month and half ago for graduation only for them to receive scraps and dead flowers that weren’t worth the price of 90$. What a joke of florist Safeway has better options at more affordable prices, and I’m pretty sure better bouquets in general. Worse part she went in there to get a refund and the florist didn’t even apologize or give an explanation on why she gave out dead flowers.

Exorbitantly expensive for the quality of flowers that you pay for. I paid for a large bouquet for an anniversary and the flowers started drooping the very next day - less than 24 hrs. after purchase. And that was waiting to pick up my flowers after they supposedly received a new flower shipment. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying nearly $200 for roses they should last at least a week if cut and prepared appropriately. You're better off saving some money and buying flowers at Safeway. They'll last just as long if not longer and you'll pay less than half.

Jill,
When I called you answered the phone but didn't say anything. You just emailed the receipt because you knew that you DID NOT do what you promised. So you answered the phone after you sent the receipt — poor customer service.
I will not use this florist again...due to the lack of customer service. Maybe you should hire someone to help you since you're the only one there. It took 8 days to get my receipt and I needed it for my expense report at work. :(
