"Formerly called Safford Taylor Freeze, this business is still owned by Joe Goodman. There have been changes to staff and improved procedures but the menu remains primarily the same. A few significant changes: all of our patties are 1/4 lb AND are made from chuck cut meat. Our fries are second to none. Our green chili meat is now pork instead of beef. And the biggest change is FASTER SERVICE, dining in or drive-through. We have live music by Joe Goodman and Sharon Watson every Friday night. This place is a retro feel and a family destination."

Joe's was a good place to eat and relax after a day of fishing and hiking. The food, ice cream and service was excellent.
Loved this place! The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned, the classic cheeseburger was better than that chain joint with the palm trees, and the service was excellent.
My family has been coming here for a couple years now, the food and ice cream is always good but lately the burgers have been coming out sloppy. We have had condiments missing a couple times now and the foam cups have been splitting open very easily. The taste is good but the presentation is poor in the past few visits. Great atmosphere and friendliness.
Love that they say this is the family size enchilada fries 🥺 prices are high for the quality for sure. The staff is friendly and the food tastes good but expect better for the cost ….
Foods decent but it literally takes almost an hour to get your food, even when theres only a couple people in front of you. Servers are also very unapproachable. If you go through the drive thru they wont open the window.
