My daughter and I visited Fancy Pizzeria twice in the same week, which probably tells you everything you need to know. On our first visit, we split a pepperoni pizza and penne pasta with rosa sauce. The food was outstanding, and the service was just as impressive. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great experience. The rosa sauce was especially memorable, rich, flavorful, and the kind of thing that has you thinking about it days later.
A few days later, we found ourselves back again. This time we tried the super garlic knots with rosa sauce, the 20 Ounces to Freedom special, and the lemon mascarpone cake for dessert. Every dish was excellent, but the 20 Ounces to Freedom was the star of the meal and honestly one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. It was the definition of comfort food: hearty, satisfying, and packed with flavor. Between the consistently fantastic food, warm service, and welcoming atmosphere, Fancy Pizzeria has quickly become one of our favorite places to eat.

Fancy Pizzeria is hands down one of the best things to happen to Safford! We’re incredibly blessed to have Ben and Jess bringing authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza to our community. Every pizza that comes out of that oven is absolutely delicious—from the classics to the creative specialty pies—and you can truly taste the quality and care that goes into each one.
What really sets Fancy apart is that it’s the only place in town serving authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, and they do it exceptionally well. The crust, the fresh ingredients, and the flavor are always spot on. Ben and Jess have created something special, and it shows in every detail.
One of my favorite things is their weekly specialty menu. This is where Ben really gets to showcase his talent as a chef. The weekly specials are creative, unique, and consistently amazing—honestly, they're always worth trying because they often end up being some of the best items on the menu.
Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere. If you haven't been to Fancy Pizzeria yet, you're missing out. Thank you, Ben and Jess, for bringing such incredible food and passion to Safford! 🍕By the way I always want to post a pic of my pizza but I end up eating it all before I can lol

Love their pizza! It’s fluffy and perfect. The Fancy Cob Salad and the raspberry limeade are also favorites. The weekly specials are fun and creative!

Great homemade italian inspired food. Love the baked chicken alfredo especially (we added mushrooms to ours, it was delicious). It is a bit pricey overall (but what isn't pricey these days really), but you get giant portions that can easily feed two people or give you leftovers for the next day. So good! You can also easily split a pizza or a pasta dish between a couple or just have leftovers to take home. The service was also great - all staff kept checking in if we needed refills and automatically came with water anytime they noticed our cups were low. Definitely recommend!

Great reviews from the whole family.
Surprised at how much we enjoyed the place. The Cardinal pizza was delicious.
The 14yo ate a whole pepperoni pizza.
The picky 5 year old declared "This is the best (cheese) pizza I've ever had, better than Pagliacci's." He even at all the crust.
The Arnold Palmer here may be the best in the world.
