Beautiful views the laundry area could’ve used some cleaning same with the bathrooms, but all in all not a bad place to stay

Looks like a rough neighborhood. Lived there about 15 years ago. Definitely not the same place. Trashy looking. Yards look like hell. Carports stacked with stuff, looking like storage units. We would've been fined for our lots looking like that, or given letters of eviction. Standards have definitely dropped.

I lived here for around 10 years. It is one of the better trailer parks in the area. (Which is pretty sad). While living here we were robbed twice. The park expects you to keep your yard very clean and will send out notices for ridiculous things, however the properties they maintain are full of weeds and trash. They continue to raise their lot rent every year (Which I do understand inflation) but the amount paid should reflect the upkeep of their park. The pool is not something I would swim in and the large grassy area with the ponds should at least be accessible to families and perhaps have something like a park because it is a colossal waste of space. I don't think I'd choose to live there again.

Really ghetto! I’ll live there only if I had no other choice. I was told that children were not allowed to run around unsupervised but that’s a lie! There’s a big gang of kids that run around people’s yards like if it’s their space. Also vandalizing the storage units nearby. Then there was this lazy couple who would take their dogs to poop in the alley and other people’s yards and not clean it up! And to top it off the maintenance will give you the run around when it comes to trying to get things fixed. Oh also there are these vehicles that like to speed through the trailer park each night blaring loud music until 4 in the morning not letting people sleep. Also cops all the time! The cops should live here! There’s always something happening and cops looking for losers. Also the tweakers from Hollywood drive like to hide here when cops are after them. Sunrise looks nice at first but it’s truly not 😒

Friendly and helpful staff. RV lots are spaced apart nicely and well kept with a reasonable price for lot rent. Glad to be staying here while working in the area.
