The sales team is knowledgeable and very helpful without high pressure to buy. Very friendly and shared which products and brands they trust and prefer. They had what we needed in stock so we purchased a washer. They scheduled delivery for the very next day. The delivery was on time, they took the old washer and also helped install the new one. From the floor to the set up, great experience!

The customer service was great and delivery was very professional. My delivery guys took special care to not scratch my new floors and installed everything with ease. I only rated 4 stars because prices were higher than other places, but I wanted to ensure all of my appliances matched and my builder used Valley for my stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave, so I also purchased the refrigerator there.

This is Shelly. I’m reviewing on my husbands account because I don’t do this kind of thing.
My husband was just about to be released from the hospital. His surgery complicated an existing condition so we needed to make some new sitting/relaxing arrangements. The staff at Valley Furniture and Appliance were so helpful and kind. Thank you Roderick for making me cry while trying to cheer me up. Thank you to the delivery drivers for a perfect delivery. Overall, just a great experience.
