Horrible customer service. I was considering getting one of the nice glass pieces but after the older woman's horrid actions to me (apparently closing the wrong boxes of pen coils while my husband opens ALL of them)... I definitely changed my mind instantly considering that was the only interaction we had. No welcome as we came in or anything. Will definitely not be going back and will tell my friends and family. (:

If your looking for a high quality product just look for king palm, that's a brand that won't let you down, and they have a wide variety witch is always a plus. So don't go guessing, just look for king palm and I know you won't be disappointed.
