We had a great experience with Hydra. They came out to do a major bug spray treatment on our house, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting started. They were thorough, respectful of our home, and made sure every area was properly treated. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. The difference was noticeable almost immediately, and we feel much more comfortable in our home now. I highly recommend Hydra to anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control services. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
Great experience, the salesman Cade came by on Friday and was very friendly. He took his time to explain the services, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Cayden completed my initial service and was on time, professional, and did a thorough job on the property. I also appreciated the detailed summary I was sent after the service was completed. I am happy with my service so far and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pest control.

They started out great but now, care for the customer is non existent. They would show up with out scheduling with me beforehand or checking with me to see if the time they had planned was acceptable. They NEVER called back and when showing for service they would call me when they were already at my house, saying we are here, is now good? Sorry we missed you but never once did they return to complete inside services. I canceled services because I wasn't getting what I paid for and constantly showing up without scheduling with me. Ive been harassed non stop, including several times after I told them not to contact me further. First they said I never canceled and now they are trying to charge me an early cancel fee, even though I canceled because of their lack of service and not performing their service acceptably. I was never late on payment! They have now been reported and I'm keeping track of how many times I've been contacted despite telling them to cease communication! At one time I highly recommended this company, that is no longer the case. Avoid them unless you want horrible service and a company that just does what they want when they want to do it! Prime example of company growing too fast and not being able to keep up with what made thrm great.
Patrick and Mark really communicated when they would be to our place. They were professional as we met them and explained the process. I will use them for any future needs
