After going to several insurance companies the same day. Many wound up being just runarounds. But two places were actually helpful. Innes being one of them. And who I wound up going through in the long run. Very helpful. And it really didn't take long at all. Not to mention they found the best price. Thank you

I went here because I went to school with an Innes. His character as person helped me choose Innes Insurance in finding car insurance. I was not disappointed one bit. One of the workers there helped me find insurance for my vehicle with a very good price. And even referred me to a better place to register my vehicle. I highly recommend this place for business especially if you need insurance for anything.

Called to cancel my renewal since it wouldn't let me do it online. I told her in the beginning that I did not want to renew the insurance and wanted to cancel, but did not want to lose what I had already paid for. I had explained that the insurance I had just kept going up and I had found better prices elsewhere. She then proceeded to ask if I had insurance already, I told her not yet I will be going through progressive once my policy is over. She said you know they don't run your driving record until you actually sign up with them! She was too busy trying to sell me on continuing my service with them while completely ignoring what I said. Needless to say, she cancelled my insurance effective immediately and totally screwed me over. I had originally set up insurance affective at the end of my policy date, now have to pay extra due to having to start insurance immediately so there is no laps! She was rude, and continued to argue with me that it was me that told her to cancel today, she was completely unprofessional and disrespectful! Guess I should have waited for Jenny cause she actually listens to her customers when they talk!
