The Val Vista Project is very poorly run, it’s way past deadlines, employees don’t work practical timing, they left a giant green water truck for over a month parked on Hampton Ave and it never moved, from before Thanksgiving till after Christmas… Right in middle of the road. They have temporary business entrances that have giant holes and huge leveling issues. Multiple streets have major 2-3” unleveled hard bumps destroying vehicles. The construction signage setup makes it impossible to get to your house on any corner at Val Vista and Southern for months and months now. I pray the city of Mesa drops these contracts and hires a real vendor partner that has a clue what they are doing. This company doesn’t.
