These guys truly suck. There is never anything stocked.. if you show up cause it says its “in aisle 11” chances are its sitting in a box in the back or on there next truck load. You will deal with more headache and hassle here then you will actually get what you need. I never have a problem anywhere else. Just here, seems theyve dropped the ball, small town, they simply dont care to keep this store running at full capacity or something.

Called and asked for a manager, on hold for 17 minutes (yes thats right 17 MINUTES) and still no one answered my call. So disrespectful. Won't shop there anymore.

Great store for your basic tool needs, I have a few of their hand tools and a couple power tools they work great for the dyi person. Also love the moving blankets they are great for just about any situation, I lay on them when I work on the vehicles and use them to protect my porch furniture. I bought a grinder and a drill a few years ago and they still work perfectly even after some pretty rough work. And they have lifetime warranty on their hand tools.

This is the mechanics toy store! 😆 Love this place and it's hard for me to not go in there and spend lots of money on all the great values with my Harbor Freight members club account. I use tools everyday in my occupation as a technician and this place has me covered they have it all!
