This ACE store has been my "where to go place" for problem solving...all the staff are great..the manager James is a very gracious and helpful...Shela has helped me for years . Putting new wheels on my walker, helping me in so many ways. She helped me make a smart purchase a bike/ cable combination.. asked good questions to know exactly what I needed.. and helped me get a new flashlight. The right size and power..and battery powered...its exactly what I needed... thank you ACE Safford Builders Supply.

As always, my experience at Safford Builders Supply Ace Hardware was great. I’ve gotten excellent information from April on Weed Killer, chain saw chains, DeWalt products, and ways to take advantage of my valuable Ace Membership. Today was a full $100 off of DeWalt Batteries. Crazy! I can always find even little connectors, screws, snap rings, and not 75 of one product like the big box stuff makes you buy. Today April was the go-to, but the whole staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Thanks guys!

I lost the hardware to a day bed and didn’t know exactly what I needed. GABRIEL at Ace went so incredibly above and beyond to help me; looking up instructions online, calling the manufacturer, working with me over a few days. Could not have figured it out without his amazing help! Such an asset to Ace Hardware! Thank you Gabriel!

Ace is a great addition to the Safford-Thatcher area. Recently I needed a can of contact cement for a project the next day. A competitor was completely out of both sizes of the product. I called Ace thinking if they did carry it, I would have to pay more. But not only did they have it in stock, but in 3 sizes, and at a lower price than the big box store. I left very pleased and grateful that our event wasn't disrupted by supply chain delays!
