Arrived at 7:30 pm to purchase a 3 ft wire cable. I showed the associate an example of what I needed. They sent me the wrong aisle. I found the wire cable myself and asked a young man to measure and cut. Took him 10 minutes and the info at the cash register didn’t work. Took 30 minutes and the store was closing. Two clerks tried and failed and the senior lady told me I should have come earlier. 30 minutes to purchase a 3 ft wire cable costing $1.56. Very inefficient staff that has no knowledge or interest in the business. Staff appears lost when you ask them a simple question. SOS

Home Depot in Safford AZ
This store has become my home away from home. As the Sales Project Manager at Big Buckle Roofing and as a home builder they have helped us with easily over 1 Million Dollars. It isn’t just the fact I can go in there and find what I need but people like Michael, Emily, Craig, Sandy, Tracie, and everyone that works lumber make our life so much easier on a day to day basis. I value this Home Depot and I value the family structure and the true care these employees bring to the table. They are like no other Home Depot, they are just more like Just HOME. thank you to this team.

The help I have received at the Home Depot in Safford. My wife and I several visits and have met the most helpful kind woman at the cash registers in several occasions. Gave greatings and all smiles, and helpful. I think the name is Veronica, thank you

My husband and I spent 400 dollars and asked for some paneling cuts. The cuts were started, assisted, and then stopped partial because Chris Miller got his feelings hurt when asked about just standing around watching others work. He was obnoxious rude and completely out of line .
